If you have thinning hair or hair loss, Hairskeen hair replacement services are a wonderful option. While I understand that some guests choose to take the surgical hair transplant route, Hairskeen is custom colored, non-invasive, non-surgical hair option for guests who wish to leave the salon that day with a full head of hair and no recovery time.
Below is a breakdown of general pricing and maintenance information. However, every guest is different. The system you require and the frequency of maintenance all depends on your goals, lifestyle, and how you care for the system.
An in person consultation/color match is required for this service before booking. This gives us the opportunity to discuss what to expect, your goals and expectations, and determine the best system option for you.
Pricing
Install
$300
The install service fee is applied anytime a new system is fit. This means your first appointment & every time you upgrade your system will be an install appointment charge.
Maintenance
$150
Your frequency of maintenance is completely dependent on your body makeup, your lifestyle, routine, and the type of system you wear. There are both lace and skin systems. Lace systems need to be maintained every 2 weeks, while skin systems are every 4 weeks.
Hair systems
$600-$800
Hairskeen has a wide variety of colors. Each system can be fit to your needs. The systems come with 6" of length and can be customized to the desired cut and style. If a customized color (such as birth marks or patterns) or texture is needed custom made systems are available at an additional cost.
what to expect...
When it comes time for your first install appointment plan for a longer appointment time where your system template will be made and your custom system will be cut to fit. To prep the area for the system to be placed on the hair in that area will be removed. Then, using liquid adhesive or adhesive tape your system will be applied. After the system is secure your new hair will be cut and styled.
During your maintenance appointments if you decide to purchase only one system, your system will be removed, cleaned, prepped and reapplied to a clean and prepped scalp. Of course, these appointments are shorter. However, if you choose to purchase two systems you can alternate your systems and do not have to wait while the system is cleaned and prepped. Instead your alternate system will be already cleaned and applied. If your system is especially dirty due to your actives or waiting longer between maintenance appointments extra cleaning time will be needed and therefore an additional fee will be applied to your final service ticket.
The life of the systems depend your starting density and how it is cared for at home. This is why I usually recommend that you purchase two systems to alternate so you never go without a system if one should need replacing. Plus alternating systems can lengthen the life of the systems. Typically systems can last up to 3 months.
