​Please know that I value your business and hope everyone understands that as an artist and service provider I have deemed it necessary to lay out and enforce certain policies and procedures.
After extensive research I have set the following industry standard policies into place.
While I am empathetic to the fact that things can come up. As a small business owner I must enforce policies that protect my demand of time, business, and most importantly my guests time.

​Your appointment time is reserved just for you. I kindly ask that you respect both my time and other guests by reviewing and adhering to the following policies:

Cancellations and Reschedules
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Because many of my services require extended time blocks and custom prep, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations.

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service(s).

Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked.

No-Shows

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

After two no-shows, future appointments will require pre-payment in full at the time of booking.
Extension Services

For extension installation appointments, a 72-hour cancellation notice is required due to the extended time and custom preparation involved.

Cancellations within 72 hours of an extension appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

Late Policy
Guests who are late will need to be flexible about what can be offered during their time window. With a late start, we might need to adjust our service or reschedule your service to ensure you receive a quality service.
​Guests who arrive late to their reservation or make it a continued habit of rescheduling just before the cancellation window will be required to confirm their credit card on file and a 50% (non-refundable) deposit will be required to book your next reservation.​

No Kids
As your stylist, I’m dedicated to creating a luxury, relaxing experience just for you. My salon space is a child-free environment so you can fully unwind. With sharp tools, hot styling equipment, and chemicals around, it’s also not the safest place for little ones. Even when kids bring things to entertain themselves, they often need attention that can slow down your service. Thank you for helping me keep this space calm and focused on your well-deserved pampering.
